Don't have an account? You can still check your order status using your order number and the email address used at checkout.

  1. Check your order confirmation email — your order number starts with # (e.g. #1006).
  2. Click "View your order" in that email to go directly to your order status page.
  3. Once there, use the carrier tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.
No tracking link in your order status? Some carriers take up to 24–48 hours to activate tracking after a label is created. If your link isn't active yet, check back soon or contact us below.
